Technical foundation, built on Vision Chain
VALT is a decentralized application built on Vision Chain's Layer 1 blockchain — not a new chain of its own. Transaction ordering, consensus, cross-chain interoperability, and data availability are handled by Vision Chain's existing infrastructure, so VALT concentrates every engineering resource on the application layer: the AI wallet, remittance, and RWA products people actually touch.
A dApp on Vision Chain, not a chain of its own
VALT does not operate its own blockchain network, consensus mechanism, or node infrastructure. All on-chain operations — transaction ordering, block production, cross-chain interoperability, and data availability — are handled by Vision Chain's existing infrastructure. This lets VALT inherit enterprise-grade cryptographic security from day one, while concentrating all engineering resources on the application layer.
Cryptographic foundations & execution layers
The core Vision Chain mechanisms powering VALT's cross-chain processing, consensus, privacy, and execution.
Cross-Chain Intent Fusion (CCIFF)
Translates high-level user intentions into optimally executed, multi-chain transaction sequences. Four sequential components — Intent Initiators, Interceptors, Integrators, and Implementers — run a Dutch auction among solvers and execute via a Bellman-Ford-optimized DAG for minimum-cost routing.
C_intent = Σ(Fee_k × Hop_k)

Finalizes every VALT transaction on-chain. A Visibility Proof combines Proof of Range (layered SNARKs), Proof of Randomness (VDFs), and Homomorphic Time-Lock Puzzles — addressing PoW's energy waste and PoS's wealth-concentration dynamics at once.
PoV(t) = f(PoRange(t),
PoRandomness(t), HTLP(t))Account Abstraction & AI Agent Layer
ERC-4337 compatible Account Abstraction across every supported network lets VALT pay gas in any token via Paymaster contracts. The AI Agent Layer above it turns natural-language commands into structured intent objects passed to the CCIFF.
Zero-Knowledge Interoperability Layer
Append-Only Zero-Knowledge Sets commit to (chain identity, transaction hash) pairs, letting Chain B verify Chain A's transaction finality without downloading its full state. VALT uses this for cross-chain asset transfers and privacy-preserving KYC credential verification.
Dynamic Accumulator zkVM (dazkVM)
The execution environment for VALT smart contracts. RWA dividend-distribution contracts and DEX settlement logic are cryptographically verified on every execution.
Homomorphic Hashing Data Availability
Lattice-based Homomorphic Hashing (LtHash) keeps RWA ownership records and remittance histories verifiably available without any single node storing the full dataset — secure against both classical and quantum adversaries.

AI Intent-Centric Wallet
CCIFF drives cross-chain send/receive; Account Abstraction delivers the gasless UX.
FX Engine & Cross-Border Remittance
PoV consensus provides real-time finality; the ZK interoperability layer underpins privacy-preserving KYC/AML.
Real-World Asset Investment
dazkVM runs dividend-distribution and DEX logic; the homomorphic-hashing DA layer keeps ownership records available.
